Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you designated, received the products.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.

Exclusions

Withdrawal is not available for sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
