Terms and conditions of sale

1. The seller

Products on sifnature.com are sold by Sif Nature, Via da definire 1, 00000 Città (XX), Italia, VAT IT00000000000 ("Sif Nature").

2. Conclusion of the contract

An order placed with the "Confirm and pay" button is a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when Sif Nature sends the order confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe with the methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery

We ship to Italy and the countries of the European Union. Indicative delivery times are listed on the Shipping and returns page. Delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products, as described on the Right of withdrawal page. The right does not apply to sealed products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.

6. Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint write to info@sifnature.com. Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Applicable law

The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to more favourable rules of the consumer's country of residence.
