Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship to Italy and the countries of the European Union by express courier from our logistics warehouse. Orders are handed to the courier within 1-2 working days. Indicative delivery: 2-4 working days in Italy, 4-8 days in other EU countries.

Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm. In Italy shipping is free above the threshold shown at the top of the site.

Tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves. The shipment status is also visible on your order page.

Returns

You can return products within 14 days of delivery as described on the Right of withdrawal page. Products must be intact and, if sealed, unopened.
